| About Us Our Worship Services Singing - Our singing is designed to be heartfelt expressions of praise to God who created us and who has recreated us in Christ. We sing songs that honor God and celebrate His goodness, which reminds us that He is the source of our salvation and joy. We hope you will join us as we praise the Lord by way of the fruit of our lips. (Hebrews 13:15, Ephesians 5:19, Colossians 3:16) Prayer - Our prayers consist of adoration, confession, thanksgiving and petition. We adore God and His majesty, we confess our wrong to Him, we thank Him for caring for us and we ask or petition Him for the needs of others and ourselves. Lord's Supper - Communion is a time for remembering the death of Jesus and for celebrating His resurrection from the dead. The bread represents His body, and the cup symbolizes His blood that was shed for us. Participating in the Lord's Supper allows us time to meditate on the cross and Jesus' sacrifice for us. (Acts 20:7, Matthew 26:26-29) Giving - The giving of believers is a freewill offering from our members to support the work of the church. This is a time when the believers give back to God a portion of the blessings that He has given us all. (I Corinthians 16:1-2) Bible Study - Our message and Bible classes are designed to build a bridge between contemporary life concerns and the Word of God - the Bible. We are committed to the Bible as God's communication to man concerning salvation, family life, relationships, business and every dimension of the human experience. All are welcome at Beckley Heights!
